Craving a sushi roll but don’t want to bother with takeout? Try this nutritious at-home option. Use Wild Selections® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, rice, and fresh vegetables to make this tasty dish. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner!

  • 3/4 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • 1 can Wild Selections® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced nori to taste
  1. Whisk rice vinegar, soy sauce, and wasabi in a small bowl.

  2. Toss rice, spinach, tuna, cucumber, and scallions in a larger bowl. Top with avocado slices.

  3. Pour dressing over rice mixture and season with salt and pepper. 

  4. Optional: top with sliced nori to add some crunch!
