Stunning, delicious and easy to make, this Spicy Albacore Sushi Stack is made with simple ingredients and our Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in Water.  It is a feast for the eyes and a delight to savor!

  • 1 can Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in Water
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice cooked
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 japanese cucumber diced
  • 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
  • 1/2 carrot thinly grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp sriracha
  1. Blend the mayo and sriracha and set aside.

  2. Cook rice as directed, add rice vinegar at the end while fluffing.

  3. Drain the tuna of all water.

  4. Combine tuna with half of the sriracha mayo, leaving the rest to use at the end.

  5. Take a 1 cup measuring cup and begin to layer your sushi stack.

  6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds into the bottom of the cup.

  7. Add cucumber, carrot and avocado layer.

  8. Scoop spicy tuna into the cup and use a spatula to press it down.

  9. Add rice and press down again.

  10. Flip cup over onto plate and tap to loosen the contents. Slowly pull cup straight up.

  11. Finish by drizzling the remaining spicy mayo over the top and add a few more sesame seeds if you'd like.
