Garlic Sardine Fettuccini

Making a gourmet-tasting meal doesn’t have to take all night. This delicious Garlic Sardine Fettuccini featuring Wild Selections® Lightly Smoked Sardine Fillets looks pretty plated with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Option to swap classic fettuccine with whole wheat.

  • 8 oz. fettuccine
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 packages Wild Selections® Lightly Smoked Sardine Fillets
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on the package.

  2. While pasta is cooking, sauté garlic in a pan with 2 TBSP olive oil for about 15 seconds. Add tomatoes and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Mix garlic and tomato mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 

  3. Add cooked pasta, sardines, and Parmesan cheese to bowl. Gently combine.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
