Made with Wild Selections Solid White Albacore, this take on the crescent ring is a unique twist on a popular sandwich favorite.
Once yeast foams to surface add in salt, olive oil, honey, eggs, and 3 ½ cups of flour. Fold together gently with spatula.
Let the dough rise in a warm, dark location for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Roll first portion out in a circle. Let rest for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the 1/4th of the shredded cheese around the bowl on top of the thick side of the triangles. Place half of your tuna filling over the cheese, sprinkle tuna filling with 1/4th of the shredded cheese.
