This Wild & Simple Tuna Melt is perfect for cooler days and lazy weekend lunches when comfort food is on the menu. Using Wild Selections Solid white Albacore Tuna in Water, it's easy to make and so so good to eat!

In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, relish (you can adjust amounts of mayonnaise and relish depending on your preference), salt and pepper.
Heat small nonstick pan on medium heat.
Butter one side of bread and place onto pan.
Add half of the tuna melt mixture to the slice of break in the pan, add slice of cheddar cheese, and then top with another slice of buttered bread.
When the bottom slide of bread is nice and golden, gently flip sandwich over to toast the other side until fully toasted.
Repeat for second sandwich.
