Ingredients
  • 2 cans Wild Selections® Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water, drained
  • 6 hamburger buns or bread rolls
  • 6 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 7 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Creamy Asian Slaw by cutting up the vegetables. Place all, except onion, in a large bowl for later. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, half the grated ginger, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise for slaw dressing.

  2. Drizzle sauce over vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Set aside in the refrigerator.

  3. Combine tuna, minced onion, and bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Flake the tuna with a fork for best result. Add mayonnaise, remaining ginger, and sriracha into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Scoop out a small portion of the tuna mixture and shape into patties. We recommend using a medium cookie scoop, make sure to flatten slightly before cooking.

  5. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan on medium. Cook the patties in batches at 2 minutes each side until golden brown. Adjust the heat accordingly.

  6. Halve the slider rolls. Place patty on each half and top with slaw. Serve immediately and enjoy!
