One bite of these Wild Tuna Stuffed Sweet Potatoes and you will be hooked! It's the perfect combination of two simple ingredients that together take your meal from ordinary to extraordinary. Just grab a couple cans of Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water and get stuffing!

- 2 cans Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in Water drained
- 4 sweet potatoes (baked at 400F for 40-50 minutes)
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- cilantro roughly chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- sriracha to taste
In a bowl break up tuna with fork.
Add shallot and lime juice, mix with fork and taste for seasoning.
When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice down the middle.
Divide the tuna among the four potatoes.
Top with 1 Tbsp yogurt, cilantro, and sriracha.
