19 Jul Tuna and Broccoli Pasta Salad
This simple Tuna and Broccoli Pasta Salad will soon become your favorite lunchtime recipe. The Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in water in this dish keeps the meal light, fresh and guilt-free.
- 2 cans 5 oz. Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in water, drained
- 16 ounces cooked bowtie pasta
- 2 cups spinach sautéed
- 2 cups broccoli steamed
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup peas
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional half cup grated parmesan cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, peas, cheese and tuna.
Squeeze lemon over the bowl, and stir carefully coating ingredients in lemon juice. Using a zester, grate lemon over bowl for a final fresh topping.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
