Summer time is all about creating dishes that highlight fresh ingredients. This Summer Pasta Salad with Tuna recipe features Wild Selections Solid White Albacore and fresh herbs to bring out nature’s finest flavors in every bite.

Ingredients
  • ½ lb pasta of your choice
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 2 5 oz. cans of Wild Selections Solid White Albacore
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup of freshly chopped cherry/grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil, and cook your pasta per instructions on its package
  2. While the pasta is boiling, cut tomatoes in halves and place in a bowl with the Wild Selections Solid White Albacore, spices and lemon juice
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain immediately and rinse with cool water
  4. Toss the cooled pasta in with the tuna, spices, lemon juice and tomatoes
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy! Tip: this dish could also be packed and stored in the fridge for a fresh and filling lunch, or brought to a picnic.
