Try this Spicy Tuna Wrap recipe as an alternative to a spicy tuna roll.

Servings: 2 servings
  • 1 4oz can Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in Water®
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise (adjust based on your preferred level of creaminess)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 wraps
  • 2/3 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 hass avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced into long sticks

I personally would probably leave out the mayo all together. Maybe mix the avocado into the tuna instead of the mayo. I do that a lot instead of mayo.

Can you also warm it up?

Hi Aga, you could try baking it or heating it in a toaster oven. However, we would recommend taking the avocado off when you heat it up, and add it back afterwards. Hope that helps.

Hi Sara, Good question! We estimate it to be around 500 calories per serving.

Delish! Quick easy and satisfying. Way better than a boring old tuna sammich! My husband was pleased having this for his lunch today. His direct words were: “Mmm! This is good! Thank you!”

What type of wraps should I use?

    • Wild Selections Team
Posted at 09:12h, 12 July Reply

Hi Natasha, great question! You can use any type of thin wrap you’d like. Tortillas work well, otherwise you could use a lettuce wrap for a gluten-free option.

This was so yummy, I didn’t have a wrap so I had to use an English muffin. I don’t think I will make tuna the old way again.

Or for a short cut you can mix the tuna with some mayo/ Greek yogurt and significantly spicy hummus instead!
