23 Oct Spicy BLT Wrap
- 1 (5 oz.) can Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in water
- 4 strips of bacon
- 4 tablespoons of sriracha
- 4 slices of provolone cheese cut into strips
- ½ cup of spinach loosely packed
- ½ tomato sliced
- 2 veggie wraps
Set oven to broil on high. Place bacon on covered baking sheet and brush sriracha on each slice. Flip bacon over and brush other side with sriracha. Roughly 1 tablespoon per piece of bacon, or less depending on your spice preference. Broil on high for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Let cool and pat free of grease. Preparing the bacon ahead of time and storing in fridge allows you to make these wraps quickly.
Lay pieces of bacon, sliced provolone cheese, spinach, and sliced tomato onto the wrap lengthwise.
Divide the tuna between the two wraps.
Roll into a burrito form, and repeat for the second wrap.
