These flavorful meatballs are great as a party food or appetizer! The combination of Wild Selections® Salmon with a pinch of sweet and a touch of spice makes for a delicious bite-sized snack. 

Servings: 2 people
  • 2 packages Wild Selections® Salmon Fillets In Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

  2. With clean hands: combine salmon, bread crumbs, green onions, half the ginger, sesame oil, and egg in a bowl. 

  3. Roll mixture into 10-12 meatballs and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 

  4. Prepare sauce by combining pineapple juice, tomato sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and remaining ginger in a sauce pan. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring continuously. 

  5. Pour sauce on top of meatballs and serve! (Optional: Top with sesame seeds)

    Hi. We made this for dinner tonight. Excellent! Wanted to let you know the garlic and brown sugar in the ingredients list are missing for the cooking instructions. Plus I added 2-3 tsp of rice wine vinegar to the sauce for a little tang.
