26 Feb Salmon Quiche
Make brunch at home with this decadent Salmon Quiche recipe. Wild Selections® Salmon Fillets in Olive Oil are paired with rich cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese for an indulgent breakfast. Make brunch complete by serving this quiche with fresh fruit and a mimosa.
- 1 premade pie crust
- 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese cubed
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 onion diced
- 4 large eggs
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 package Wild Selections® Salmon Fillets in Olive Oil
- A pinch of garlic powder, dried parsley and sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F Degrees
Blend cubed cheese, eggs, onion, spices, and evaporated milk until smooth.
Spread cream cheese on pie crust.
Layer salmon fillets on top of cream cheese.
Pour egg mixture into crust and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until done.
