
05 Jan Greek Salad with Sardines

Fill up on real food with this traditional Greek salad topped with Wild Selections® Lightly Smoked Sardine Fillets. The tangy, lemony salad pairs beautifully with the rich sardine taste.
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 tbsp kalamta olives
- 2 packages of Wild Selections® Lightly Smoked Sardine Fillets
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

To make dressing, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and pepper together.

Combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and olives. Drizzle with dressing and top with sardines and feta cheese.
