26 Feb Fresh Spring Spinach and Tuna Salad Recipe
Fresh ingredients make recipes that burst with flavor. We love this Spring Spinach and Tuna Salad Recipe because it does just that. Using Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna and your favorite tasty dressing makes this salad easy to put together and enjoyable to eat.
- 1 5 oz can of Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water drained
- 1 large carrot
- 3-4 cups of baby spinach
- 2 heirloom tomatoes
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons of avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Drain tuna and place in mixing bowl. Rinse all remaining salad ingredients and dry well. Chop carrot and tomato and add to bowl with broccoli florets and spinach.
To make dressing, combine all ingredients into a mason jar, or another container with a lid that screws on tight. Shake the jar until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pour half of the dressing on salad and gently mix ingredients. Serve the other half on the side or incorporate more depending on preference.
