Chipotle Salmon Wrap
A chipotle salmon wrap made with Wild Selections Salmon Fillets in Olive Oil is a recipe that will quickly be put into your lunch rotation once you give it a try. This simple, easy, and delicious meal is unlike any other wrap you may have tried in the past.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 3.8 oz. can Wild Selections Salmon Fillets in Olive Oil
- 2/3 cups of embasa chipotle peppers in adobo
- 2 tsp tomato puree
- ¼ cup of red onion
- 2 tsp cilantro
- 2/3 cups of carrots pre-shredded
- 2/3 cups of queso fresco
- 1/3 cups of green leaf lettuce
- 2 wraps
In a small bowl, mix together the salmon, chipotle peppers, tomato puree, red onion, carrots, cilantro, carrots, and queso fresco.
Divide the salmon mix between the two wraps.
Roll the wrap into a burrito form.
